About the Role

The Project Manager is a key member of the Proverbs 31 Ministries’ central project management team. The Project Manager oversees and coordinates a variety of projects—from printed materials to digital marketing campaigns to program launches—guiding them from planning to execution. Flexibility, strategic thinking, and collaboration are essential in this role as ministry initiatives and projects may shift throughout the year. Moving projects to successful completion directly supports the ministry in fulfilling its mission to provide compelling, life-changing content so that women know God’s truth and apply it to their lives. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate omni-channel marketing campaigns, annual communications initiatives, and acquisition programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of long-term strategic projects, so that all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing clarity and understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or roadblocks.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process by assessing project feasibility, resourcing needs, and timeline development.
  • Manage project approvals, track feedback, and make sure directives are communicated clearly to the appropriate team.
  • Attend special events, as needed, to provide real-time project support and ensure operational success.

What You'll Bring

  • An understanding of and a commitment to the mission and values of Proverbs 31 Ministries. 
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing focused business, non-profit  or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). Basecamp experience is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to identify potential problems and create solutions before a project has begun.  
  • Ability to delegate, manage time, and lead peers while overseeing the completion of all projects.  
  • Initiative, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Working at a computer station and viewing a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Sitting or standing for prolonged periods, with opportunities for adjustments for comfort and accessibility.
  • Operating a computer, including typing and using a mouse, as well as handling office supplies and documents.
  • Reading documents and observing project details. 
  • Understanding verbal communication in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying light objects such as laptops, documents, and presentation materials, typically weighing no more than 20 pounds.
