Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Faith Driven Investor exist to help Christ-following entrepreneurs and
investors live into their God-given calling. We do that through content, community, and connections
that remind us our work and our investments aren’t just work, they’re worship. Our hope is that leaders
around the world would know God more deeply and bring every deal, decision, and risk back to Him.
More than 25,000 entrepreneurs and investors have gone through an 8-week group with us. For
many, it’s been the spark they needed to think differently about how they build. But one spark isn’t
enough to sustain the journey. What’s missing is ongoing support, a coaching ecosystem that helps
both entrepreneurs and investors keep taking risks, stay rooted, and finish well.
That’s why we’re hiring a Director of Coaching Services. This role isn’t just about managing coaches. It’s
about building something scalable, a shared services organization inside the larger ministry of Faith
Driven Entrepreneur, Investor, Halftime and Solving the World’s Greatest Problems that brings
together coaches, mentors, training, and experts to serve people around the world. The goal is
simple: to help leaders move from inspiration into action, and from one-time moments into lifelong
transformation.
While we have teams of coaches we work with, this specific role is not a coach. We’re looking for a
builder and an integrator. Someone with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to scale. Someone with the
hunger, humility, and experience to take an idea and scale it. If you love creating systems that last,
equipping others, and helping shape a global movement, we’d love to talk.
Roles and Responsibilities
● BUILD & SCALE – Create and grow a coaching and mentoring framework that serves both
entrepreneurs and investors worldwide. Develop systems that ensure quality and
consistency while multiplying impact. The person in this role needs to be able to scale
programs and serve a broader movement.
● BRING EXPERIENCES TO LIFE – Take the content Faith Driven is known for (masterclasses,
events, podcasts, community gatherings) and make it practical by creating the experience
around it. Build coaching and mentoring experiences that help people apply what they’re
learning.
● EQUIP & EMPOWER OTHERS – Recruit and train coaches, mentors, and experts. Give them
the tools, structure, and support they need to succeed and multiply their reach.
● CREATE ONGOING COMMUNITY – Build pathways that keep people engaged long after
the first spark. Design systems that help leaders stay accountable, keep re-risking, and
integrate their faith into every part of their work and investing.
● MEASURE IMPACT – Track how these services are changing lives and businesses. Use data
and stories to celebrate wins, learn what’s working, and share impact with the movement.
● WORK AS ONE TEAM – Collaborate with marketing, brand leaders, and operations so
coaching is fully integrated into everything Faith Driven does.

To be effective in this role, you must be...
● MATURE IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH and passionate to make a difference
● MISSION DRIVEN - As a core advocate for the Faith Driven mission, you recognize the
transforming potential of faith-driven entrepreneurs, students and investors and are
passionate about helping them align their resources with their beliefs.
● SPEAK ENTREPRENEUR - By volume, the customer we serve the most is an entrepreneur.
Someone who sees the world differently. The ideal candidate has an understanding of this
audience from previous experience and can understand and speak into the nuance of the
opportunities and challenges they face.
● DETAILED AND ADAPTABLE - Find joy in managing details, including coordinating cohorts
of people for a Halftime Group or Entrepreneurs Cohort. Need to be great at details but
fluid as schedules change, priorities shift, etc. Have the ability to adjust and shift as needed.
● VALUES COACHING - Understands and values coaching. Has seen the positive impact of
different coaching types and models on high capacity leaders.
● COLLABORATIVE - Be an excellent collaborator and communicator with a desire to work
cross-functionally and a willingness to advocate for your ideas while being open to different
perspectives.
● FAST PACED AND HARD WORKING - We have the culture of a startup. We’re mission driven
and love pushing things forward. We move at a fast pace and want to keep that
entrepreneurial edge.
L O C A T I O N
We are a remote team of 45+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to
advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are
largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven is spread out around the world from Singapore, San
Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between. For this particular role we are looking for someone
who is in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the US that can overlap with other video editors and
writers.
