In this role you will: - Manage end-to-end distribution for the Study Bibles for the World program, including shipment tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate requests and timelines
- Develop calendars and schedules to meet campaign goals
- Track projects using software tools and prepare reports on costs, timelines, and impact
- Gather and organize photos, videos, and testimonials from global distributions
Qualifications/Requirements:- 2–4 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management
- Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities
- Maintains confidentiality and proactively seeks efficiency improvements
- Agreement with Ligonier Ministries’ Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct
- Ability to travel up to 5% and attend conferences/events as needed
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States. The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
