About Novum Partners

Novum Partners is an executive advisory and consulting firm serving as a fractional back-office partner to churches, ministries, and nonprofits.

We help mission-driven organizations align vision with financial and operational health, ensuring that leadership clarity, sustainable systems, and faithful stewardship coexist.

Our clients range from $3M to $250M in annual revenue, many navigating growth, leadership transitions, multi-entity structures, and complex funding environments. Through our integrated approach across strategy, finance, HR, and operations, we empower leaders to focus on what matters most: mission and impact.

The Role

The Fractional CFO will serve as a trusted architect and financial strategist for high-impact ministries and nonprofits. You’ll bring structure, foresight, and wisdom to organizations in seasons of scale, transition, or transformation, helping leaders translate vision into financial reality.

This role is uniquely suited for faith-driven leaders who view financial stewardship as both a professional calling and a ministry opportunity. Our clients often navigate moments of deep challenge and change—organizational, personal, and spiritual. The Fractional CFO enters those spaces not only with technical excellence and financial discernment, but also with humility, empathy, and a desire to serve. You’ll engage with business and ministry leaders as trusted partners in both strategy and spirit—bringing clarity to the numbers while caring for the people behind them.

You’ll work collaboratively with Novum’s Accounting, HR, and Consulting teams to deliver unified back-office leadership and strengthen financial foundations that sustain long-term mission growth.
