To ensure the safety and well-being of all team members in the SRB region by leading safety culture, implementing proactive measures to reduce incidents, and serving as the trusted point of contact for safety matters—ultimately contributing to C/Sharpe’s growth and operational excellence.
Outcomes / Measurable Performance Objectives
- Safety Representation & Leadership
- Attend all SRB L10 Operations meetings and Pre-Construction meetings as the safety representative.
- Consistently provide actionable updates, insights, and solutions.
- Training & Onboarding
- Lead all safety-related onboardings, trainings, and monthly/quarterly safety meetings applicable to SRB.
- Site Audits & Compliance
- Conduct job-site audits on a biweekly basis, submit findings, and implement preventative measures without delay.
- Achieve measurable reduction in reportable incidents year over year.
- Process & Reporting Reliability
- Ensure contracts, safety documentation, and records are properly stored, delivered, and saved in alignment with company standards.
- Foster transparency, accuracy, and timeliness with all safety-related reporting.
- Safety Program Impact
- Partner with the Safety Director to introduce new initiatives and ideas that improve safety culture and efficiency as the region scales.
- Act as public point of contact for all safety-related matters in the East region under Safety Director direction.

Required Experience & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry certifications considered.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in a Safety Manager or Coordinator role; 4+ years in the construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge:
- High-rise building safety, suspended scaffolding, international and local building codes, and elevated surfaces
- Teaching and scheduling safety classes, third-party/client communications, and conflict resolution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite; capable of learning industry-specific software quickly.
- Other Skills: Confident presence, strong emotional awareness, excellent communication skills.
