We are expanding our presence in the Southeast and are seeking a Recruiter based in/around Greenville, SC who is early in their recruiting career, motivated to perform at a high level, and aligned with a culture that values both results and purpose. This is a remote role offering meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and engage candidates for professional roles

Support end-to-end search execution, from intake through candidate coordination

Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, internal tools, and referrals

Represent Oxenham Group with professionalism and integrity

Develop strong recruiting fundamentals while contributing to high-impact searches
What We’re Looking For
- Ideal location is Greenville, SC

1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

Comfort sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter a plus, not required)

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
