We are expanding our presence in the Southeast and are seeking a Recruiter based in/around Greenville, SC who is early in their recruiting career, motivated to perform at a high level, and aligned with a culture that values both results and purpose. This is a remote role offering meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and a clear path for growth. 

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for professional roles
• Support end-to-end search execution, from intake through candidate coordination
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, internal tools, and referrals
• Represent Oxenham Group with professionalism and integrity
• Develop strong recruiting fundamentals while contributing to high-impact searches

What We’re Looking For

• Ideal location is Greenville, SC
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Comfort sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
• Mission-minded, team-oriented, and committed to doing excellent work
