As our Director of Digital Mobilization, you'll serve as our lead generation specialist on our Marketing
team across all Faith Driven brands. You'll design and execute sophisticated digital strategies to
identify, attract, and mobilize new community members through LinkedIn outreach, cold email
campaigns, digital advertising, data-driven targeting, and emerging acquisition channels. This highly
specialized role requires technical expertise in lead generation and deep alignment with our
ministry's mission—because every lead represents a person God is drawing toward greater purpose.
This role is perfect for a lead generation expert who sees data and outreach strategies as ministry
tools and wants to use their specialized skills to help thousands discover how their work can glorify
God.
Roles and Responsibilities
● DEVELOP LEAD GENERATION STRATEGY - Design and execute comprehensive lead generation
strategies across all Faith Driven brands (Entrepreneur, Investor, Teens, Halftime, and Solving the
World’s Greatest Problems). Identify high-value audience segments and develop targeted
approaches for each. Set measurable goals for lead volume, quality, and conversion aligned with
organizational growth objectives and ministry impact.
● EXECUTE LINKEDIN OUTREACH CAMPAIGNS - Build and manage sophisticated LinkedIn
prospecting and outreach programs to connect with entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders,
and church leaders. Develop personalized messaging sequences that resonate with our
mission-driven audience. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to scale
outreach while maintaining authentic, relationship-focused communication.
● SUPPORT COLD EMAIL CAMPAIGNS - Support cold email strategies that cut through noise and
spark genuine interest. Coordinate with our email team to craft compelling copy communicating
value and mission alignment. Build and segment prospect lists, manage email deliverability, and
optimize campaigns based on open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics.
● OPTIMIZE DIGITAL ADVERTISING FOR LEAD GEN - Develop and manage paid advertising
campaigns optimized for lead generation across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
Create high-converting ad creative and landing page experiences. Continuously test targeting,
messaging, and offers to improve cost-per-lead and lead quality.

● BUILD DATA-DRIVEN TARGETING STRATEGIES - Leverage data analytics and market intelligence
to identify and reach ideal audience segments. Develop lookalike audiences, custom audiences,
and predictive models to improve targeting precision. Use CRM data and engagement signals to
refine acquisition strategies and prioritize high-intent prospects.
● EXPAND ACQUISITION CHANNELS - Research and test emerging lead generation channels and
tactics, including partnerships, affiliate programs, referral systems, and community-led growth
strategies. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform changes that create new acquisition
opportunities. Pilot innovative approaches and scale what works.
● COLLABORATE CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY - Work closely across the marketing team along with
brand teams to align lead generation efforts with program launches, course offerings, conferences,
and community initiatives. Support various marketing team members with specialized lead gen
expertise and tactical execution. Ensure seamless handoff of leads to appropriate follow-up
systems.
● MEASURE AND OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE - Build dashboards tracking lead generation metrics,
including volume, cost-per-lead, lead quality scores, and conversion rates through the funnel.
Conduct regular analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform budget allocation. Report
on ROI and Kingdom impact of mobilization efforts.
● NURTURE MINISTRY ALIGNMENT - Ensure all lead generation tactics reflect Faith Driven values
and honor the people we're reaching. Balance aggressive growth goals with authentic,
relationship-centered communication. Design touchpoints that invite people into community rather
than simply capturing contact information.

QUALIFICATIONS
● 4+ years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation roles

● Proven track record of building and scaling successful lead generation campaigns
● Strong expertise in at least two of the following: LinkedIn outreach, cold email, paid advertising,
marketing automation, or data-driven targeting
● Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
● Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for cost-efficiency and lead quality
● Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
● Experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, or faith-based organizations is a plus
L O C A T I O N
We are a remote team of 45+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to
advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are
largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven is spread out around the world from Singapore, San
Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between. For this particular role we are looking for someone
who is in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the US that can overlap with other video editors and
writers.
