POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Solutions Specialist functions as GMO’s content solutions provider, delivering strategic, bilingual content services to support various teams and departments in achieving their goals and objectives. This full-time role operates as a centralized content resource, managing the end-to-end content development process in English and Spanish while ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand consistency across all platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Faith Alignment:
  • Agreement to sign the organization’s Statement of Faith and abide by biblical principles
Content Development & Management:
  • Partner with Response and Outreach teams to understand content requirements and target audiences in English and Spanish
  • Regularly review, curate, revise, and update existing content library
  • Develop, define, and execute editorial policies, style guide, and editorial calendars; conduct theological review and editing as needed to maintain content quality standards and editorial excellence
  • Manage existing content workflows; oversee and iteratively improve content development processes and workflows
  • Ensure timely content delivery and proper placement across multiple platforms and channels
Partnership & Acquisitions
  • Manage relationships with existing writers, content partners, and external vendors
  • Onboard new content creators and partners
  • Align content with MarComm-driven brand consistency
  • Coordinate writer and partner communications and deliverables
  • Manage content-related contracts and agreements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Develop, monitor, and report content performance metrics to client teams (Response, Outreach)
  • Analyze content effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Track content ROI and impact on departmental objectives
  • Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders
Content Operations & Compliance
  • Manage copyright compliance and intellectual property protections
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content deliverables
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into content development
Cross-Functional Support
  • Support Team by contributing to product release content updates
  • Collaborate with Director of Product Management on content budget development and planning
  • Serve as subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related role
  • Experience with digital development processes and content management systems
  • Excellent editing and communication abilities
  • Experience with content management systems and editorial calendars
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Passion for the mission of Global Media Outreach and a heart for ministry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in faith-based or nonprofit content development
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Background in theological content review and editing
  • Experience managing external content partners and vendors
  • Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property compliance
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and ability to synthesize data into actionable conclusions
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to increase customer engagement, content personalization, and content creation
